My name is Nathaniel Gennett Lambeth, Sr. Most of my friends and customers call me Nat. I have a small business located in Youngsville, NC, that specializes in custom rifle building, loading custom ammunition, and designing and making gunsmith tools. I have been doing gunsmithing for 35 plus years. Besides working in law enforcement for 29 plus years, I have worked under a master machinist, and attended several technical Community Colleges where I studied machining, and welding. I have been to numerous firearms manufactures armory schools, and been to several NRA sponsored classes. Since 2005 I have been federally licensed and doing work for customers. I specialize in truing, timing, and rebarreling bolt action rifles. I work on Remington, Savage, Winchester factory actions. I also work on most custom manufactured actions including: Bat, Bordens, Hall, Lawton, Montana, Nesika, Stiller, Stolle, etc. I do not work on Ruger, Browning, or Miltitary actions other than AR type firearms. I customize rifles for Match rifle, Service Rifle, F-Class, Long Range Prone, BenchRest, Tactical, and specialized hunting rifles including Big Game, Dangerous Game, Beanfield rifles and Varmint hunting. I only use high end custom barrels, IE: Krieger, Broughton, Rock Creek, Hart, Lilja, Bartlein, and Shilen. I use only piloted reamers made by Dave Kiff at Pacific Tool and Gauge, Dave Manson, at Manson Precision Reamers, JGS or Clymer Tool Company. I use the most modern techniques in chambering employing a high pressure/high speed flush system. I cut all barrels with a bandsaw and do not part-off barrels. I use Deltronic pins, and/or range rods in conjunction with .0001 indicators to set-up and dial in all barrels to .0002 or better. Target rifles headspacing is set up within .0015 and hunting rifles are set up with in .003. My target rifles should shoot 10 shot groups at 100 yards under .4 My hunting rifles should be capable of shooting 5 shot groups under .5 at 100 yards.
